Ayurvedic breathing and yoga class with Johannes Jonić
This class is a one-off replacement for Christina, who usually leads FLUX Community Yoga. From next week onwards, she will resume teaching as usual.
In this special class, Johannes will show you simple basics and techniques from Ayurveda and pranayama (breathing exercises). With curiosity and focus, you will learn to establish a deeper connection to your body and mind through conscious breathing and mindful body awareness, and to find lasting relaxation.
About Johannes: Johannes is an Ayurvedic yoga massage therapist with his own practice in Munich. His method combines traditional Indian deep massage with breathing techniques and gentle yoga stretches according to the Iyengar school.
You can find more information about his work at: www.aymjonic.de
