Cycle Power with Franzi Ruhnau
Our FLUX treehouse is turning into a reading room!
Author and cycle coach Franzi Ruhnau will be reading from her book ‘ZyklusPower’ and inviting you to explore the female cycle from a new perspective. The evening will be hosted by Erika Eisele, founder of Impact Period, female health coach and trainer in ‘Cycle Power’ in the workplace.
Why do certain moods or challenges keep recurring? How does the cycle influence our wellbeing, our relationships and our everyday lives? How can understanding the different phases of the cycle help us to better understand ourselves and others?
After the reading, there will be time for questions, discussion and conversation with the author. An opportunity for everyone to learn more about the female cycle and discover new perspectives together.
