With Silent Disco Groove, it's not the perfect sequence of steps that counts, but the shared experience. The music and small impulses from our trainer Astrid come directly into your ears via wireless headphones - inspiring, encouraging and as colourful as Munich. Everyone sets the volume themselves, dances the way it feels good, and yet a common rhythm is created. Whether young or old, Silent Disco Groove gets everyone moving and puts everyone in a good mood.
