HIDALGO Festival: 7 Ways to Do Nothing
As part of the HIDALGO Festival (https://hidalgofestival.de), which takes place in Munich from September 5 to 13, 2026, FLUX will also become a festival stage: With “7 Ways to Do Nothing,” you can look forward to a concert about breaks, procrastination, and the creativity found in doing nothing.
A performer and two percussionists transform bodies and everyday objects into a surprising world of sound and movement: the vacuum cleaner hose finds its tone, the plastic bottle finds its rhythm—and familiar gestures become music.
You can look forward to an evening that straddles order and chaos—and explores the underrated art of doing nothing.
Following the concert, an artist talk with the participating artists will take place until 7:45 p.m
